Remedial work for Legionella compliance

Bespoke Compliance Solutions Ltd has a team of fully qualified and experienced plumbers and water hygiene engineers. They can attend to plumbing-related remedial measures highlighted in the Legionella and water risk assessments. Our team have undergone training with national bodies; City and Guilds.

In addition, we can also carry out the following

- Repair and maintain TMVs

- Supply and fit replacement TMVs

- Remove dead ends/legs (redundant pipework)

- Clean and disinfect cold water storage tanks and water systems

- Replace broken taps, shower valves, and other water outlets

- Drain or purge hot water heaters annually

- Fit lagging and other fittings to cold water storage tanks

- Replace water tanks to the required standard

- Reduce excessive stored water

- Isolate and remove redundant tanks, equipment, and pipework

- Install local isolation valves and disinfection injection points

- Perform other remedial plumbing tasks to meet acceptable standards and prevent Legionella growth and scald risks

The Legionella risks resulting in remedial work are usually rated as high, medium or low. High risk recommendations will need to completed immediately, medium within 3 months and low within 6 months.
