COVID 19 Policy

The UK is currently experiencing a public health emergency as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand the importance of working safely and supporting health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic and not contributing to the spread of the virus. This company policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. You are kindly requested to follow all these rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe environment. Managers and workers are all responsible for implementing this policy, however it applies to all staff members, visitors, volunteers, contractors and customers. 


During the Covid-19, Bespoke Compliance Solutions need to ensure that we are meeting our duty of care to our staff and our customers. Bespoke Compliance Solutions aims to:

  • Encourage staff to continue as normal, if they are well

  • Take additional precautions to protect them from exposure to infections

  • Lessen the risk of spreading the virus to others

  • Report any health issues or concerns as soon as possible

       We also aim to:

  • Keep core business, activities and services going where it is practical to do so

  • Operate within our usual policies, procedures and guidance


Additional Hygiene

Our staff are remote working, however we encourage staff to follow Public Health England (PHE) general precautions, as set out below:

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze: catch it, bin it, kill it! 

  • Put used tissues in the bin straight away 

  • Wash your hands with soap and water often for a minimum of 20 seconds

  • Use hand sanitiser if soap and water are not available

  • Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces 

  • Try to avoid touching your face if your hands are not clean 

  • Open windows regularly to ensure open ventilation 


For our staff that attend customer premises, we encourage above along with the following precautions: 

  • Wear a face mask 

  • Social distance 2 metres where possible

  • Carry out a LFT test before attending and report any issues 

  • Do not attend the premises with any of the following symptoms; a high temperature; a new, continuous cough; a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

For our customers, we ask that you kindly follow the social distancing guidance where practicable whilst our staff are attending your premises. We also ask that you report any suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 before we are due to attend, or thereafter if applicable. 

Action in the event of;


A staff member or volunteer showing symptoms; A staff member or volunteer has tested positive for COVID-19; A staff member or volunteer has been in close contact of someone who has tested positive; A customer has reported a positive case in the event a staff member has been in close contact:


  • Self isolate immediately 

  • Get a test as soon as possible 

  • Report and contact Track and Trace if the test is positive 

  • Employees who have no symptoms or not yet showing symptoms but have tested positive for COVID-19 should also isolate 

Bespoke Compliance Solutions will contact the Self-Isolation Service Hub if we are made aware that any of our employees have tested positive for COVID-19.
